"Was one day late paying my bill due to card being hacked, payed it immediately the next day. Got numerous threatening emails and a letter. Since then the amount i owe and the date it is due is different on the app, the website and from the agency. Very poor and defensive response from Robyn Holtz, pushed me to SF generic number rather than trying to resolve the issue herself. Wish State Farm would spend less money on ads and more on franchise training and technology."

"John, I am terribly sorry to hear about this experience and have looked into this issue internally to see what happened. We never want our customers to have anything other than an excellent interaction with our office. While I am not able to get into specific details of your account on a public platform, I can tell you that there can be delays on the online portal and it may not always be as current as the information in our system. The due date and amounts my staff gave you are correct. Unfortunately, we do not have control at the office level of how quickly it updates online. I do know that State Farm has a new system they've launched in other states where it updates the same day online. We are supposed to have that system launch in Texas later this year. Due to the volume of State Farm's database, it does take time to migrate to new systems, and they do not want to risk any customer information being compromised. I can assure you though that it is a huge priority for corporate and has been in the works for quite some time. You requested my staff send you the regional office phone number for you to speak to someone else about this issue and that is the number that was sent. I have addressed this with my staff and used this as a training opportunity. I should have been alerted of the issue first, before anyone sent you to corporate. I would have been happy to call and discuss with you to better explain what was happening, rather than you spend valuable time on hold or getting shuffled around. For that, I am extremely sorry. "I’ve been a long time policy holder with State Farm but the agent experience is what’s important to me. After moving to Texas I needed a new agent, Robyn Holtz and her entire staff are always available to answer questions and even if they miss a call they always call back. I specifically was working with Shaffer and the entire experience is top notch, we covered all my policies and reviewed every opportunity for me to either save more money or take advantage of a coverage or benefit I wasn’t aware of. I’ve never had a bad experience with this team throughout all the interactions I’ve had with them. I would highly recommend going with them if you’re looking for a new agent or thinking of switching over to State Farm."

"This State Farm agency is the best! We had a major accident, which was not our fault and we were dealing with another insurance company that would not get back to us and had terrible customer service. We called Robyn and she was able to get us a rental car that day. We also spoke to Reba, who personally explained our situation with claims And took time to answer every question we had. Anytime we call the office, Sabrina or Jasmine are super friendly and helpful. This agency truly does help people and has wonderful customer service."
